- Payments are milestone-based; each milestone covers its documented deliverables and the work invested.
- Milestone payments become non-refundable once the client provides approval.
- If you cancel during an active milestone, any refund is calculated pro-rata for remaining work minus completed effort and any used revision rounds.
- Each milestone includes two revision rounds; additional rounds incur extra charges.
- Refund or revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of milestone delivery.
- Refund eligibility is reviewed within 7 business days and, if approved, funds are released within 14 days.

- Duplicate purchases reported within 7 days qualify for a full refund on the duplicate item.
- Download links remain active for 30 days; expired links can be renewed upon request.
- Products carry a non-transferable license for personal or commercial use; resale or redistribution is not allowed.
- Store credit may be issued instead of a cash refund at the seller's discretion.
We do not sell or ship physical goods. All offerings are fulfilled digitally.
