• Ensure timely payment of all invoices and subscription charges.

4. Project Terms (Freelance Services)

• Scope, milestones, and timelines are agreed in writing before work begins.
• Milestone payments are due as scheduled; late or missing payments may delay or suspend work.
• Ownership of deliverables transfers only after full payment is received.
• Each milestone includes a defined number of revision rounds; additional work may incur extra fees.
• Projects may be suspended or terminated for breach of terms or non-payment.

5. Digital Products

• Products are sold “as-is” under a non-exclusive personal or commercial license unless stated otherwise.
• Redistribution, resale, or sharing is prohibited without explicit written permission.
• No warranties of fitness for a particular purpose are provided unless expressly noted.

6. Subscriptions

• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually until canceled.
• Plan changes take effect in the next billing cycle, and no proration is applied mid-cycle.
• Failed payments are retried via the billing provider; access may be suspended after retries fail.
• Cancellations become effective at the end of the current paid period; partial refunds are not provided.

7. Payment Terms

• Payments are accepted through supported gateways such as Razorpay, PayPal, or Wise.
• Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or currency conversion fees.
• Invoices are issued electronically and must be paid by the due dates listed.
• Refunds and cancellations are handled per the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property remains the creator's property until full payment, after which rights transfer per contract. Users receive licenses for the specified purpose only; any other use requires prior consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Services and products are provided "as-is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor do we guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

10. Termination

• Services may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, breach of contract, or unlawful activity.
• Immediate termination may occur without notice for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent behavior.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
